| When is the event? | Saturday October 27th, 2018 |
| What time should I show up? | We open to the public at 12 pm and will be starting announcements around 2pm. |
| What about the weather? | Rain or Shine, Hot or Cold, our teams will be cooking. Alternate plans will be communicated out if lightning or high winds threaten the event. |
| Where is the event? | Reynolds and Reynolds associate Parking lot. Follow the smell (and the big white tent), you can’t miss us! |
