In consideration of Reynolds and Reynolds acceptance of my entry, I, intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, beneficiaries, executors and administrators, do hereby hold harmless and waive claims for damages against Reynolds and Reynolds or its affiliates, and their representatives, officers, associates, successors, and assigns. I agree to follow all race rules and to permit my removal from this event if in the opinion of race officials I am deemed as being unsportsmanlike.
