Do NOT run if you have not trained
Do NOT eat a big breakfast before the race
Drink plenty of fluids before, during and after the race
Run only in the marked areas - not on the curb, sidewalks or grass
Be aware of potholes and gutters
Be aware of traffic and obey all traffic laws unless otherwise directed by law enforcement authorities
Faster runners pass on the left
Pets are NOT allowed
